Sashimi — Pattaya's freshest cuts
Sashimi is the truest test of a sushi chef. No rice to hide behind, no sauce to compensate. Just fish and a knife. Here's what we typically serve, and why.
Why our sashimi is different
Our fish arrives daily from the Bangkok wholesale market — the same supplier several Bangkok omakase rooms use. By the time it reaches our cold case, it's still cold from the ice it traveled in. By the time it reaches your plate, it's still glistening.
We never freeze. What we don't serve today, we don't serve at all. This is why our sashimi tastes the way it does — and why the Google reviews say what they do (4.9 ★ · 306 reviews).
What you'll typically find
Our sashimi selection rotates with the daily catch. Below are the cuts we most commonly stock — for current selection and prices, please view our in-store menu or ask our staff.
How to order sashimi at Wano
If it's your first visit: ask our staff for the Signature Sashimi Platter — it's the easiest way to taste what's freshest that day.
If you're solo: the small Mixed Sashimi paired with miso soup and green tea is a balanced lunch or early dinner.
If you're picky: just order single-fish plates — salmon if you're new to raw, hamachi if you want richer, tuna if you want clean.
