Sushi Nigiri — simple, perfect
Nigiri is the truest test of a sushi chef. Fish, rice, wasabi, nothing to hide behind. See our full menu for today's selection and pricing.
Why our nigiri is different
Our rice is seasoned and warm-served to room temperature — the way Edo-style sushi should be. Each piece is pressed by hand to order. We grate fresh wasabi rather than using the green paste most Pattaya restaurants serve.
The fish is cut at the moment of order, never pre-sliced. This is why we ask 2-3 minutes between courses of nigiri rather than serving everything at once — we want each piece at its peak.
What we typically have
Our nigiri selection rotates with the daily catch. Classics like salmon and tuna, plus seasonal cuts as our Bangkok supplier delivers each morning.
For exact items and current prices, please view our full menu on the homepage or ask our staff when you visit. Stock varies day to day depending on what's freshest.
First-time order strategy
If you're new to nigiri, ask your server for a chef's recommendation based on today's freshest catch. Many guests order a tasting selection on their first visit — we'll put together a plate based on what's at peak that day.
Tell our staff what flavor profile you like (light, rich, sweet, savory) and we'll guide you. There's no obligation to order extras — we're happy to start small.
